software engineer
for an engineer who gets bored. you'll work across several products at once, not one. if finishing something and immediately wanting the next thing sounds like you, read on.
what you'll do
- own the full stack — ingestion, core logic, ui — on 3–4 products at a time
- switch context weekly without losing the thread
- shape what each product becomes, based on what users actually do
- apply ai where it genuinely separates signal from noise, skip it where it doesn't
- ship, measure, iterate, repeat
you
- have owned products end to end and shipped them with good velocity
- stack agnostic — strong in any modern stack, open to ours (typescript, react)
- hands-on ai experience
- get restless after a few months on the same thing
- move forward through ambiguity without waiting to be told
- have worked remotely, at a startup, on something from 0 to 1
- good product intuition
compensation and how we work
- $120k–$160k per year + equity, same salary wherever you live
- fully remote and async. work from anywhere, on your own schedule
- no micromanagement, no unnecessary calls
- take time for life without asking for approval
- 30 paid days off per year
- calm, low-distraction. we practice what we build
- b2b contract or eor, your pick
